This series of castable and preformed unit is made for different type of blast furnace and working condition, using the theory of the low and ultra low cement to combine with all kinds of corundum and a few carbon as the main raw material and several micro mist, additives and binders as the ingredients. It has the characters of little water addition,good liquidity, high strength, erosion resistant, flush resistant, antioxidant and excellent high-heat volume stability.Our company has developed no-baking tap hole ramping material. It’s applicable to large,medium and small size blast furnace iron runner with singleldouble runner.
