Magnesium-iron composite spinel brickis a new generation of chrome-free alkaline products for cement kiln,the spinel compound brick and high purty magnesia as main raw material,adding certain mineralizing agent by high pressure molding, high temperature sintering.It is currentlythe highest technical content of a new generation of basic refractories.Mainly used for large new dry process cement kiln burning zone MgO-Fe₂O₂-AI₂Og,spineland periclase phase.
Characteristics:
inthe process of using the bricksurfaceto form a layer of viscous heat higher calcium iron or calcium-aluminum-iron- oxide,thus better hang kiln crust performance and kiln skin firmness,cycle use of brick lining for extension of protection.
The addition offused iron aluminum spinel synthetic material to the product not only has high strength and excellent thermal shock resistance,but also can effectively resist the chemical erosion of cement clinker liquid phase and gases such as alkali and sulfur.
During the firing and cooling process,spineland periclase exhibit inconsistent thermal expansion,and the microcracks formed between the two can buffer the stress impact caused by temperature changes and avoid brittle cracking of lining bricks.
